Exterior premises cleaning

Exterior cleaning includes classical sweeping, repair and maintenance of communications – pavements, car parks and access roads. We perform the following work to ensure their good look, higher longevity and safety:
manual and machine sweeping (per scope and nature of contamination)
litter collecting
weeding of roadsides - curbs
painting of traffic lanes, parking lines
road patching - potholes, uprooted curbs, broken paving etc. (in corresponding scope)
greenery maintenance
mowing of grass areas using correspondent technologies, depending on the size of the premises, its segmentation and the type of greenery. Watering of lawn and decorative plants, raking of grass, leaves and collecting of dry branches. Other works upon agreement with the customer.

Winter cleanup

Daily and nightly pursuant to customer’s needs, flexible and quick removal of fresh snow, ground ice - salting, sanding, ploughing of snow. This service can be combined with guarding so that it is very flexible, quick and thus economically beneficial. Removal of snow is done depending on the area to be cleared and means of performing this, either manually or using rotary ploughs. The type of spreading is selected upon agreement with the customer.

Small repair works

The goal of real estate maintenance is to solve problems which occur – various repairs which belong to ordinary maintenance, not specialized works like light current wiring installation, sheet metal works etc. - and do so flexibly, quickly and well. Repairs which our employees must be able to carry out within the framework of maintenance:
repairs of tiles, paving, skirting boards, fallen-off corners
peeling off or bulging plasters
fence repairs
repairs of leaking water faucets, siphons, flush tanks
light bulb changing, repair or installing of new sockets
broken window fixing
painting of fences, piping
painting of local places, smaller rooms (after water leakage…)
assembly x disassembly of shelves, or eventually other furniture, repair of chairs in the canteen, etc.

Roof maintenance

A frequent winter problem is a large amount of snow on flat roofs of industrial and administrative buildings. We offer its safe and professional removal, as well as local repairs, sheet metal and painting work.
